Christian Living
Holiday celebrations are such a delight! Sumptuous foods, glorious gifts, gorgeous decorations — it’s a joyous time. But here’s the question for Christmas: where is Christ in all that celebrating? One perspective on it is offered in the December “Just Between You and Me” column.
Meanwhile, if you missed October’s encouragement to “Stand Firm” in the face of life’s difficulties or November’s reflections on living “In God’s Will,” you can find them listed on the Christian Living page as well.
Of course, the Christian walk is a day-to-day journey. So, January and February will bring fresh looks at other experiences. I hope you’ll check back.
About Denise
What are your favorite things, the ones that never fail to plant a smile on your face? Well, as observant readers know, a photo journal of my favorite things accompanies the “About Denise” page. A rather diverse list of things I enjoy, it changes often and this is one of those times. Check out the newest selections to see if any of your favorites might be among them. I’d love hearing about
your favorites!
Education
From student art displayed online to students’ opinions on what makes an excellent education to Finland’s educational success, these were among the topics discussed on the education blog in recent months. Since the new or controversial is seemingly endless in education, 2012 brings even more. So, be sure to stop by each week and make your views known.
